UltraLevel
Getting Started

Get your agency connected in minutes.

One person connects the agency to GoHighLevel, once. Everyone else on the team just signs in with their email — no repeating the authorization screen for every device.

macOS available now on the App Store · iOS (iPhone and iPad) coming soon

Connect your agency once.

This only needs to happen one time, for one person at the agency. Once it’s done, everyone else on your team uses the email sign-in below — nobody else needs to touch GoHighLevel’s authorization screen.

1

Download the app

Get UltraLevel Inbox on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. It's one universal app — sign in once and your account works everywhere.

2

Tap “Connect Your Agency”

On the welcome screen, choose “Connect Your Agency” — this is the option for whoever is connecting UltraLevel Inbox to GoHighLevel for the very first time.

3

Authorize in GoHighLevel

Your default browser opens GoHighLevel's own authorization screen. Sign in and approve the connection for your agency, same as installing any other Marketplace app.

4

You're in

The browser hands you back to the app automatically and every location's conversations start loading. Your agency is now connected — teammates never have to repeat this step.

Sign in with just your email.

Once your agency admin has connected UltraLevel Inbox, everyone else on the team gets in this way — no GoHighLevel login screen, no admin approval per person.

1

Download the app

Same app, same download — Mac, iPhone, or iPad.

2

Tap “Sign In With Your Email”

On the welcome screen, choose the second option: “My agency already connected UltraLevel Inbox — I just need to sign in.”

3

Enter your GoHighLevel email

Use the same email address as your GoHighLevel user account at the agency. UltraLevel Inbox checks it against your agency's connected GoHighLevel account, then emails you a one-time 6-digit code.

4

Enter the code

Check your inbox for the code and enter it in the app. Codes expire after 10 minutes — if yours runs out, just tap back and request a new one.

5

You're in — with your own trial

Every teammate gets their own 7-day free trial and their own session. Nobody has to touch GoHighLevel's authorization screen except whoever connected the agency in step 1.

Codes are single-use, expire after 10 minutes, and allow 5 attempts before you’ll need to request a new one.

Set up your own AI model.

UltraLevel Inbox already includes a free, private, on-device AI assistant — you don’t need to do anything below to use it. This is only for people who’d rather point the AI assistant at their own model: a free one running on your own computer (LM Studio or Ollama), or your own OpenAI account. Pick whichever one sounds right and follow the steps — every step is spelled out, even if you’ve never done anything like this before.

Easiest to set up — a point-and-click app, free, runs on your own computer.

1

Download LM Studio

Go to lmstudio.ai in your browser and download it for your Mac or PC — it's free.

2

Install it

On a Mac, open the downloaded file and drag LM Studio into your Applications folder. On Windows, run the installer and follow the prompts.

3

Download a model

Open LM Studio and click the search icon (magnifying glass) in the left sidebar. Search for “Gemma” and download a Gemma 4 model — an “Instruct” or “it” version at the default (Q4) size is a safe pick for most computers. This can take a few minutes depending on your internet connection.

4

Load the model

Click the chat icon in the sidebar, select the model you just downloaded from the dropdown at the top, and wait for it to say “Loaded.”

5

Turn on the local server

Click the Developer icon in the left sidebar (it looks like </>) and switch the server toggle to “Running.” Note the port number shown — it's normally 1234.

6

Optional: let other devices on your network use it

If UltraLevel Inbox is on a different device than LM Studio (like an iPhone connecting to LM Studio on your Mac), open the Developer tab's settings (the gear icon) and turn on “Serve on Local Network.” Then find your Mac's network address: System Settings → Wi-Fi → click the (i) next to your network name, and note the address (it looks like 192.168.1.23).

7

Connect UltraLevel Inbox

In UltraLevel Inbox, go to Settings → AI → Custom AI Endpoint → Set Up, and choose LM Studio. If it's on the same device, leave the address as http://localhost:1234. If it's on another device on your Wi-Fi, use http://<that address>:1234 instead. Leave Model ID blank — LM Studio always uses whichever model you loaded in step 4. Tap Test Connection, then Save.

A note on privacy

LM Studio and Ollama both run entirely on your own computer (or one on your own network) — your conversations never leave your network. OpenAI is a hosted service, so anything you send goes to OpenAI’s servers, same as using ChatGPT. Pick whichever tradeoff fits your agency.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I have to set up my own AI? Isn't there a built-in AI assistant?

No setup required for most people — UltraLevel Inbox includes a private, on-device AI assistant for free. The custom AI endpoint (LM Studio, Ollama, or OpenAI) is entirely optional, for people who want to use their own model instead of the built-in one.

“No account with that email was found at this agency” — what does that mean?

UltraLevel Inbox checks the email you enter against your agency's GoHighLevel users. Make sure you're using the exact email your GoHighLevel user account uses, and that your agency admin has already completed the “Connect Your Agency” step first — email sign-in only works after that.

My code expired, or I mistyped it too many times.

Codes are valid for 10 minutes and allow 5 attempts. Tap “Use a different email” (or just go back) and request a new code — there's a short 30-second cooldown between requests.

Do I need to do the GoHighLevel authorization screen too?

No — that's only for the first person connecting the agency. GoHighLevel installs an app once per agency, not once per person, so everyone after that signs in with just their email and a code.

Does everyone get their own free trial?

Yes. Each person's trial is tracked individually — 7 days free per seat, starting from when they first sign in, regardless of when the agency connected or when other teammates joined.

Is UltraLevel Inbox one app for Mac, iPhone, and iPad?

Yes, a single universal app. Sign in on one device and sign in again the same way (agency connect for the first device, email sign-in for the rest) on any other.

“Test Connection” fails when I set up LM Studio or Ollama — what do I check?

Make sure the app (LM Studio or Ollama) is actually running and its server is on — for LM Studio, the Developer tab should say “Running”; Ollama's server starts automatically once it's installed. Double-check the address and port match what that app shows you, and that you're using the correct one for your setup (localhost if UltraLevel Inbox is on the same device, or the other device's network address if not). If you're connecting across devices, confirm both are on the same Wi-Fi network and that you turned on network access in step 6 of the LM Studio or Ollama guide above.

Stuck partway through?

Email me directly and I’ll help you get connected — setup should take a couple of minutes for everyone after the first person.
