Why one-time purchase instead of a subscription?
UltraLevel is a tool you own, not a service that runs somewhere else. Apple's App Store doesn't have a clean way to sell per-seat team subscriptions today (that's genuinely coming later, but isn't shippable yet) — so instead of forcing an awkward seat-tier workaround, we priced it the way professional Mac tools like Procreate do: pay once, own it, no subscription fatigue.
Do I need to buy a separate copy for each team member?
Yes — Full Access is per Apple ID, like almost every one-time-purchase Mac app. If 5 people on your team want it, that's 5 purchases (often just expensed individually). There are no seats to manage, no per-user admin, and no group billing to configure.
Do I need a GoHighLevel account?
Yes. UltraLevel connects to a GoHighLevel location via the official HighLevel API — any location on any GHL plan, as long as you can generate a Private Integration Token in Settings → Integrations. It doesn't replace GoHighLevel — it's a faster, native way to work inside it.
Is UltraLevel affiliated with GoHighLevel?
No. UltraLevel is built independently by NerdSnipe Inc. and connects via GoHighLevel's official API. See the footer for our full disclaimer.
How does it authenticate?
Right now, a Private Integration Token you paste in from GoHighLevel → Settings → Integrations, along with your Location ID. OAuth marketplace-install flow (and multi-location switching) ships this quarter.
Do I need to be on GoHighLevel's Agency plan?
No. UltraLevel works with any GoHighLevel plan — Starter, Unlimited, Pro, Agency, or a sub-account under someone else's agency — as long as the user connecting the app can generate a Private Integration Token on the location. If you can reach Settings → Integrations → Private Integrations in your GoHighLevel account, you can connect.
Can a sub-account user connect UltraLevel?
Yes. UltraLevel is location-scoped — it connects to whichever GHL location's PIT you paste in. If you're a sub-account user with PIT-generation permission on your location, you can use UltraLevel without agency-owner involvement.
What's in AI Pro that isn't in the base?
Everyone gets private on-device AI and can choose either supported AI size when their Mac has enough memory. AI Pro adds UltraLevel's custom training: it is better at choosing the right CRM action, following multi-step requests, keeping useful context, and avoiding wrong or repeated actions. You are paying for our specialized training and product work — not access to a different open-source model.
Is my data safe?
Your GHL data stays on your Mac and is protected by macOS security. Your login token is stored in your Keychain. AI runs on your Mac instead of sending your CRM data to an outside AI service, and we use no third-party analytics. Full privacy policy here.
What happens when my trial ends?
The app switches to read-only mode — you can still see and browse all your cached data, just no writes (no notes, tasks, messages, or edits) until you buy Full Access. Nothing is deleted or hidden. Trial is 14 days, no credit card required to start.
Can I cancel any time?
Full Access is a one-time purchase — there's nothing to cancel. AI Pro is a subscription and can be cancelled any time from Settings or directly through the App Store. No dark-pattern retention flow, no long email chains.
Are there refunds?
The 14-day trial is the try-before-you-buy. If you buy Full Access or subscribe to AI Pro and change your mind in the first month, email us — we've never said no to a fair refund request.
