Privacy Policy

Summary

UltraLevel is a native macOS application. Your GoHighLevel data stays on your Mac and in your GoHighLevel account. We do not run any cloud service that stores your business data. The on-device AI runs on your Mac and does not send prompts or data to any external service.

What data UltraLevel accesses

UltraLevel accesses the data belonging to the GoHighLevel location you connect it to. That includes:

• Contacts (names, emails, phone numbers, custom fields, tags, notes, tasks, appointments)
• Opportunities / Deals
• Conversations (SMS, email, internal notes, call metadata)
• Calendar events and availability
• Invoices, payments, orders, subscriptions, coupons, products, transactions
• Email templates
• Connected ad accounts (Facebook / Google / LinkedIn) and campaigns
• Connected social accounts and posts
• Custom fields, custom values, tags, team members, phone numbers

UltraLevel accesses this data only through GoHighLevel’s official HighLevel API, using the credentials you provide (Private Integration Token + Location ID, or OAuth once available). We do not collect or transmit this data to any UltraLevel-owned server.

Where data lives

• Live data: in your GoHighLevel account, as always
• Cached copy (read-only): in your macOS sandbox container, protected by FileVault if enabled
• Authentication tokens: in your macOS Keychain, encrypted by the operating system
• AI models: on your Mac’s disk (downloaded once, managed from Settings)
• AI prompts and responses: processed on your Mac; not transmitted externally

Analytics

UltraLevel does not include any third-party analytics SDK. We do not track your usage inside the app.

The marketing website may use a privacy-first analytics tool (e.g., Plausible or Fathom) that does not use cookies or transmit personally-identifying information. If used, it is disclosed here explicitly.

On sign-out

When you sign out, UltraLevel clears the on-device cache and removes your authentication tokens from the Keychain. Your data in GoHighLevel is unaffected.

Third-party services

UltraLevel’s only third-party dependency for accessing your business data is the GoHighLevel API itself. See HighLevel’s privacy policy for how they handle the underlying data.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple’s StoreKit (App Store purchases and subscriptions). Apple does not have access to your GoHighLevel business data.
