Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of UltraLevel, a native macOS application (“the App”) published by NerdSnipe Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. What UltraLevel is

UltraLevel is an independent macOS application that provides a workspace user interface for GoHighLevel accounts. It reads and writes data through the official HighLevel API using credentials you provide. UltraLevel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Full Access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase ($79) made through Apple’s App Store, tied to the purchasing Apple ID. It is not a subscription and does not renew or expire. The optional AI Pro add-on ($6.99/mo or $69/yr) is a separate auto-renewable subscription, independent of Full Access, billed via Apple’s StoreKit.

The 14-day free trial unlocks full read/write access with no credit card required; after 14 days without a Full Access purchase, the app reverts to a permanent free read-only tier — your data remains fully visible, writes are disabled until you buy Full Access. AI Pro can be cancelled at any time from within Settings or via the App Store’s own subscription-management controls.

3. Your data

You retain full ownership of your GoHighLevel data. UltraLevel provides a client interface to it. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled locally.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code; (b) resell or redistribute the App; (c) use the App to violate HighLevel’s terms of service or applicable laws; (d) use the App to abuse or spam any third party.

5. API dependencies

UltraLevel’s functionality depends on the HighLevel API. HighLevel may change, deprecate, or rate-limit their API at any time. We commit to promptly updating the App to accommodate reasonable changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if HighLevel’s API is unavailable.

6. AI features

The on-device AI copilot runs entirely on your Mac. It reads your GoHighLevel data through the same API paths the rest of the App uses. All AI-drafted writes (tasks, notes, messages) require your explicit confirmation before executing.

AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before approving it.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and via email if you have an active subscription. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
