Install

Download the .dmg, drag UltraLevel to Applications, launch.

Get your PIT

In GoHighLevel: Settings → Integrations → Private Integrations. Create a token with contacts, opportunities, conversations, and calendar scopes.

Connect

Paste your PIT and Location ID into UltraLevel's connect screen. Your data loads and you're in.

Download the AI model

Choose Everyday AI (~5.2GB) or, on a Mac with 36GB of memory, High-Capacity AI (~18.4GB). Download it once; AI requests then run on your Mac.

Your Private Integration Token is stored in your Mac’s Keychain.

What you need.

  • macOS 26.0 or newer
  • Apple Silicon Mac with at least 8GB of memory
  • 36GB of memory required for the optional High-Capacity AI
  • Approximately 500MB for the app, plus 5.2GB or 18.4GB for your chosen AI model
  • An active GoHighLevel account with permission to generate a Private Integration Token on the location you want to connect (any user role that can access Settings → Integrations)
  • Network access to your GHL location’s API endpoint

Does GoHighLevel have an official desktop app?

Yes — GoHighLevel ships an Electron-based desktop client for Windows and Mac. It wraps the same web app in a dedicated window rather than being built from scratch, so it inherits the web app's load times rather than fixing them.

Is UltraLevel the same as GoHighLevel's desktop app?

No. UltraLevel isn't made or endorsed by GoHighLevel — it's an independent native SwiftUI app for Mac that connects to your GoHighLevel account through its official API, not a repackaged version of the web app.

Do I need a GoHighLevel desktop app if I already use the web app?

Not required — but if slow load times or scroll performance are the actual complaint, a native client changes the underlying rendering stack in a way a browser tab or Electron wrapper can't.
